Aims of the Programme:
1. consolidation and livening up of the historical and civic self-awareness of the Lithuanian society;
2. making the cultural heritage more topical, distinguishing its symbolic elements, which are important to the self-awareness of Lithuania as a state and a nation;
3. rendering assistance in the implementation of cultural projects, which are significant for the future of the nation;
4. adequate introduction of Lithuania and its culture to the world.
